Ptaszki ćwierkają, że czas na kolejny przepis w ramach hiszpańskiej serii.
Ptaki po to maja skrzydła, aby latać - kluczem jest trafienie do swojego gniazda w drodze powrotnej. W trakcie podróży po Andaluzji byłam zachwycona churrosami i hiszpańskimi pączkami. Zapączkował mi pomysł w głowie, aby odtworzyć ten smak w domu. Wiem jednak, że przepis byłby skomplikowany i przy smażeniu zaczęłyby się dla niektórych hiszpańskie schody, dlatego przygotowałam łatwiejszą wersję na pieczone gniazdka.

- Tak przygotowane gniazdka wkładamy do rozgrzanego piekarnika. Pieczemy przez 18 minut w 200 stopniach.
